With the coming of knowledge economy era, enterprises pay more attention to knowledge integration and knowledge. Knowledge has become the basic element of enterprise competition. Knowledge-management (KM) is very important for software enterprise, because of software development needs a lot of knowledge to support and also brings a great deal of knowledge.This paper studied the knowledge integration problems of the technological innovation in software enterprise by using the method of combining normative research and empirical research. First of all, using the method of normative research, review the status of research in this field. Then, using empirical research methods, with the KM of Hangzhou Eastcom Software Technology Co., Ltd. as a case to study. It play a very important to the KM application in China software enterprise.Firstly, this paper from the KM point of view to introduce the background of this research, and introduces the research content and structure arrangement; presented the research methods; points out the innovation of this paper. Secondly, the research carried out the enterprise KM and the current research situation of KM in software enterprises; Thirdly, the theoretical basis of KM in software enterprises are summarized; Fourthly, on the Hangzhou Eastcom Software Technology Co., Ltd. staff, KM status, lack of existing problems are analyzed. Fifth, to the Hangzhou Eastcom Software Technology Co., Ltd. explicit knowledge and implicit KM problem management problem is studied. Finally, proposed the Hangzhou Eastcom Software Technology Co., Ltd. to implement the strategy and concrete implementation method of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge in KM.
