Inner Mongolia Telecom To Improve Program Performance Management System Research

This thesis is a research on the performance management system of Inner Mongolia Telecom. Fist of all, making a review on the performance theory, then, making an analysis about the performance management actuality of state-owned enterprises. After that, making an analysis about the human resources management actuality of Inner Mongolia Telecom, because the actuality of human resources affect the validity of performance system.The analysis of the actuality of performance management system of NMG Telecom is one of the important part of this thesis, the analysis is done by the survey of questionnaire, then combine the situation in the real work; after the analysis of actuality, based on the reality of Inner Mongolia Telecom, I advanced a direction of the innovation of the performance management system of Inner Mongolia Telecom.This is a big innovation of performance system, at the same time, we should pay attention to the implement this plan.
