The development of the modern market is inseparable from the development of science and technology.The competition among enterprises is more complicated.As an important part of enterprise management,performance management is an important means for enterprises to coordinate departments and personnel work.It can help the enterprise define the strategic direction and development goals,and enhance the vitality and creativity of enterprises.Facing the current problems,the increasingly fierce market competition and the need for strategic transformation and the breakthrough of performance,it will be strategic initiatives for the company's future development to comprehensively sort out the disadvantages of the company's organizational structure and the current performance management system,and make improvements combined with practical experience and the latest performance management theory.This paper takes China Telecom Panjin Branch as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the background situation of the topic and its strategic role to the enterprise,summarizes the theoretical literature research and several main models of current performance management,and discusses the theoretical basis and research methods of this paper.Secondly,it has a detailed understanding of the development history,organizational structure and operation of China Telecom Panjin Branch.Later on the basis of the successful experience,the paper combines the survey results with the theoretical research and puts forward suggestions for improving the company's performance management system,including the construction of the performance management system,the way of performance appraisal,the problems that need attention and the guarantee to implement and so on.Through theoretical combing,investigation and data collection and analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions for the performance management and strategic development of China Telecom Panjin Branch.The formulation and implementation of the improvement plan can help Panjin Branch clear and implement its strategic objectives,promote the improvement of company performance through the improvement of performance management,and at the same time provide ideas and experience for reference for the enterprise's development direction and the improvement and adjustment of performance management of the company.
