Entering into the new century, the demand for cars has increasedyear by year. And it has caused increasingly serious environmental pollutionand waste of resources. Therefore, it is needed to integrate the concept of"green" into supply chain management in automobile industry,which is calledGreen Supply Chain Management, and it will reduce harm to the environmentand become the fundamental way to realize sustainable development of moderncar industry. Over the past decade, the Green Supply Chain Management hasdrawn close attention from government, enterprise and academia, especilly theperformance evaluation of Green Supply Chain has become the researchhotspot. We can find out the problems existed in the supply chain and seeksolutions by performance evaluation, in order to promoting the optimizationand improvement of Green Supply Chain.The thesis firstly elaborates the background and the theoretical basis of thisresearch, and summarizes the research status of automobile industry park, greensupply chain and green supply chain performance evaluation at home andabroad. With the definition of relevant concepts of the operation model betweenautomobile industrial park and automobile industry park with green supplychain, this thesis describes the current development situation of domestic andforeign auto industrial park and the supply chain, and concludes the supplychain of automobile industry park construction in China. According tocomprehensive performance evaluation index system of the auto industrial parkwith green supply chain and seriously analyzing the characteristic of autoindustrial park supply chain is established. It puts forward the general designprinciple and basic idea of comprehensive performance evaluation index systemfor auto industrial park with green supply chain. The fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are utilized to construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the performance evaluation of autoindustrial park with green supply chain. Finally, comprehensive performanceevaluation index system, the evaluation model and evaluation standard isapplicated to evaluate a comprehensively performance of A auto industrialpark,aim at mastering the ecological industry development status. Based on thecomprehensive performance evaluation of A auto industrial park, the feasibilityof the evaluation method and model is verified and the factors restricting thedevelopment of A automobile industrial park is found out. Above all, somecountermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the development of Aautomobile industrial park.Innovation point: this paper establishes the index system of the greensupply chain performance evaluation from the perspective of auto industrialpark, which provide a theoretical guidance for the implementation of greensupply chain management, the topic has something pioneering and novelty.In the progress of evaluating the comprehensive performance of A carindustrial park,it reduces the non-quantifiable index and obtains the data supportfrom practice. Thus, not only the problem of setting excessive index to increasethe difficulty is avoided, but also the scientific nature and feasibility of theresearch is improved.
