30 years of reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, especially in the implementation of the introduction of national rejuvenation through science and education, independent innovation of these major principles and policies, science and technology, knowledge-based business volume has increased year by year. Knowledge-based enterprises in the knowledge of a knowledge-based carrier and its employees to work more and more satisfied with the level of theory and the business community's concern and attention. Knowledge-based staff job satisfaction is not only a human resources management and organizational behavior research focus of a knowledge-based enterprises are also trying to motivate staff at work to develop their potential, enhance the value of an excellent starting point. Therefore, how to improve the knowledge-based staff job satisfaction, the impact of such staff satisfaction, such enterprises should be taken to enhance measures to management is an urgent need to address and resolve the issue.This article first from the theoretical studies, recalled a knowledge-based employees and job satisfaction of the relevant theoretical research background, introduced the study of popular satisfaction measurement tools and methods; Followed by the integrated use of knowledge-based theory of employee satisfaction research, study at home and abroad better satisfied with the use of the scale and analysis methods to knowledge-based enterprises in Inner Mongolia as an example, in line with the Inner Mongolia region to a knowledge-based analysis of the actual scale enterprises, meet the requirements of the relevant staff to take substantial satisfaction survey to try to as close as possible to the truth of things, and then use statistical software for statistical analysis of the results obtained at this stage of the tested groups of job satisfaction, to identify the impact of satisfaction factors; According to the final conclusions and recommendations of the corresponding countermeasures, such as local enterprises in the future human resources management to improve the provision of some adjustments in order to further enhance the knowledge of the local staff satisfaction.
