Using AHP and Delphi to measure weights of the indicators, coming to the indicators on the overall evaluation of the importance of indicators; Using Logarithmic utility function model to quantify the indicators to score of the individual indicators, And taking the geometric mean method to draw the last round of planning the implementation of the integrated score, based on the evaluation level, the quantitative determination of the last round of the progress of implementation of plans. At the same time, analyzing the last round of land use planning of Wulingyuan area and the study area situation including land-use structure, the status quo, the changes in land use, analyzing problems and influencing factors, and to evaluate the combination of the scores of the last round of planning to be a comprehensive evaluation, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of the last round of planning and then bring forward the comments and suggestions for a new round of planning.
