Research On The Green Technological Innovation

Green technological innovation is a complex of ideology,technology,mode and behavior,it focuses on ecological defend and brings ecological ideology and green ideology to ecosystem. It pursuits the efficiency, that is maximal efficiency of economy,society,ecology and technology,which insure sustainable development of society. At first this paper discusses background of the question. And then,with combined method of qualitative study and comparative study,the paper analyzes deeply the concept,the principle, the criteria, the characteristics and the target. The paper analyzes the difference between green technological innovation and traditional technological innovation as well as the function of green technological innovation, which include ecological civilization and sustainable development of society. To maximize the function of green technological innovation,the paper analyzes other countries' experience of developing the green technological innovation,in order to push the green technological innovation of our country. The paper also analyzed deeply influencing factors such as economical factor,law factor,technological factor and cultural factor,on the basis of the above analysis,the paper makes attempt to take corresponding measures, so as to push ecological civilization.The research makes attempt to enrich the theoretical system of green technological innovation . It hoped that the paper could be utilized for our country to supply good circumstances for practicing green technological innovation,which plays an important part in pushing ecological civilization,so as to accomplish the target to building the flourishing society.
