Study On The Difference Of Green Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises And Its Influencing Factors

Since the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 Central Committee of China put forward the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,innovation has gradually become the focus of national development,and innovation driving has become an important strategy for national development.However,the change of ecological environment should not be ignored while the economy is developing,so we should pay attention to the green development.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the overview of innovation theory and green technology innovation theory;the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of green technological innovation in industrial enterprises in China;the 4th chapter is the empirical analysis of green technological innovation efficiency;Chapter 5th is an analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of green technological innovation in Chinese industrial enterprises;Chapter 6th is the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of green technological innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises;and Chapter 7th is the conclusion and prospect.Using the data of Chinese industrial enterprises in 2014-2015,we use cluster analysis to analyze DEA-Undesirable model and Tobit regression model to carry on the empirical research.The industry classification of industrial enterprises is carried out,the efficiency of green technology innovation of industrial enterprises in China is measured and the influencing factors are analyzed.Through the research,it is found that the first kind of industry(computer,etc.).Communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry)belongs to DEA effective,the other three categories are invalid,the industrial industry as a whole belongs to the DEA invalid,the high input is not necessarily high efficiency,the innovation fund investment and the green technology innovation efficiency are negatively related to the DEA,the technical personnel input,The innovation environment,industry scale and green technology innovation efficiency are positively related,but the relationship between government support,labor cost,industry,college and researchcooperation and green technology innovation efficiency is not significant.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
