After almost 40 years' study of the factors driving healthy enterprises to successes, Gallup Organization initiated the concept of "Employee Engagement". Different from employee satisfaction, employee engagement is not only subconscious expression or satisfaction, but the extent of how employees accept the combination of the company's hardware and software, and how well they are performing in their work. A great deal f research prove that employee engagement makes great and positive impact on certain corporate performances such as client satisfaction and loyalty,security productivity,ability of making profit and stuff retention rate. Along with the development of western management theories and their circulation in the East, "employee engagement" is noticed through the whole world and has been researched by companies and scholars, from both individual and organizational angels.This paper, based on the review of piles of literatures about employee engagement,organizational values and person-organization value fit, with the research methods of questionnaire survey and interviews with statistic processes, on one hand, explored the relations between organizational values and employee engagement from the organizational point of view, on the other hand, used "person-organization value fit" to assess the value congruence between employees and organization and discover how the value congruence impacts on employee engagement from the angel of person and organization interaction.Conclusions of the empirical research lie in:1. actual organizational value influence employee engagement and different dimensions of values have different influence; 2.the better person and organization values fit, the more employee are engaged;3.individual characters also give impact on employee engagement.Following the conclusions, the paper proposed a few suggestions for the management practice: 1. Involve person-organization value fit into recruitment process to raise successful hiring rate; 2.Create better working environment and encourage teamwork; 3.Establish fair and effective employee recognition and rewards system; 4.Sparkplug high performance culture with corresponding performance management system; 5.Deliver employee engagement management according to the characters of the stuff.
