The Study On HeXie Performance Evaluation System Of Enterprise

To evaluation the effort and the achievement of an enterprise in improving its HeXie degree is not only the era's mission of constituting the harmony society, but also the requirement of the fourth science and technology revolution. But the existent performance evaluation system can't satisfy the above requirement because of the enterprise's uncertain environment. The thesis builds a new performance evaluation system according to the HeXie Management Theory, which expects to provide a new model and a new train of though in performance evaluation of an enterprise in uncertain environment.The thesis appraises the Performance Management Theory and the HeXie Management Theory ,especially the conception of performance,HeXie Theme,He Principle,Xie Principle and the understanding of performance of the Performance Management Theory. Then, the thesis analyses the conception,character and the affecting factor of HeXie Performance . HeXie Performance has three traits: surrounding the HeXie Theme; thinking much of the effect of the enterprise's environment; thinking the performance is not only the result but also the action.The thesis builds the HeXie Performance evaluation system. This system including three parts: the evaluation on the identification of the HeXie Theme; the evaluation on the process of the HeXie Management and the evaluation on the result of the HeXie Management. Thereinto, the evaluation on the identification of the HeXie Theme includes two aspects: the pertinence between the HeXie Theme and the strategy target; the all-around thought of the identification of the HeXie Theme.
