The study results is of great significance for real estate development enterprise integrating resources reasonable configuration and strengthening the management of enterprises, and improving the level of decision-making, and enhancing competitiveness.Firstly, This paper was based on the theory the basis of competitiveness theory related research related to the competitiveness of enterprises, put forward the deficiencies of existing theory and introduces the theory of HeXie into the competitiveness of enterprises to make up for its deficiencies, the two theories on good from the source that HeXie theory can explain the problem of the sources of competitive advantage for the theoretical foundation of the research.based on the research of competitiveness in the real estate-related theory, this paper defines the concept of real estate enterprise competitiveness from the Angle of system. regarding the lack of existing evaluation methods, the paper puts forward a new three-dimensional evaluation model of competitiveness,specific for the potential dimension evaluation model based on the fuzzy consistent matrix. It is mainly evaluate the competitiveness of enterprises horizontal comparison problem; The growth dimensional evaluation model based on the number of fuzzy Borda rules,mainly to solve the vertical force business growth aspects; based on HeXie degree theory dimension evaluation mode, main solutions for promoting enterprise competitiveness provide optimal path.
