Research On The HeXie Mechanisms Of Enterprise' Technological Innovation Alliances

Since 1990s, most research regarding forming of the enterprises' technological innovation alliances focuses on the balance relationship between firm's transaction fees and the production cost using transaction fees view. Second, based on the view of firm's resource view, it focuses on the relationship between enterprises' organizational factors and firm's innovation performance. With the development of world economy, the environments of technological innovation change a lot, the findings with transaction fees-based view and resource-based view cannot illustrate the rapidly development of enterprises' technological innovation alliance and the highly defeated rate effectively. In view of HeXie, this dissertation proposes how to ensure the continuous operation to be in HeXie state among enterprises' technological innovation alliance. This dissertation proposes a structural HeXie mechanism of enterprises' technological innovation alliance drawing on the experience of HeXie management theory.In order to expound the effectiveness of the integrated HeXie-based view, this dissertation gives as an example of ETIA and proposes a structural ETIA HeXie mechanism to solve the un-HeXie. First, this dissertation distinguishes and recognizes the HeXie Theme in ETIA and the related key elements in a lot of un-HeXie matters which were caused by un-definition characteristic. Second, it distinguishes and recognizes the un-He & un-Xie elements from the un-HeXie key elements of alliances'. Thirdly, it solves the un-He element through He Principles-opportunism subject. And the Un-Xie element is solved by Xie Principle-profit distribution subject. Fourthly, it eliminates the un-definition characteristic during the alliances' operation to realize the alliances' HeXie theme by HeXie Coupling. Then, this dissertation evaluates the HeXie mechanism of ETIA which examines this mechanism is reasonable, scientific, and effective or not. This dissertation analysis the evaluation results finally and finds that ETIA-HeXie mechanism has been approved by all members' administrative personnel. Meanwhile, the results appointed that this ETIA-HeXie mechanism can not be guaranteed to be suited with ETIA-HeXie theme owing to the ETIA-HeXie theme's drifting. Only to make ETIA-HeXie mechanism better and restructure can ensure to realize the ETIA-HeXie theme.Several potential limitations of this research are identified and steps taken to improve the validity are discussed. In the last section, further study, in order to better explain the relationship between organizational slack, organizational capabilities and innovation performance, are discussed.
