Research On Technology Innovation Strategy Of Our Heavy Truck Enterprises

In recent years, along with the rapid development of Chinese economy, heavy truck industry as an important part of automobile industry has been developing rapidly. Because of continuing improvement of product quality and technology and relatively cheap domestic labor cost, it has possessed with the comprehensive advantages of cost performance and increasing international competitiveness and growing brand influence. However, influenced and restricted by China's overall industrial level, despite the rapid progress of our automobile industry in the past decades, our overall development level and innovation ability still have a long way to go compared with international automotive powerhouse, and our high-end technology and high-end market also does not have the international competitiveness. Especially in the most advanced technology of modern automobile industry, such as the core technology of engine, transmission, intelligent electronic control system, safety technology and environmental protection technology as well as performance research of auto safety, energy saving, environmental protection, comfortable properties, we still lag behind international advanced enterprises, which restricts the further development of our heavy truck enterprises to a large extent.Facing the reality, it's of great significance to analyze the characteristics of the heavy truck industry in China, find a way for innovation development of national heavy truck enterprises and break the obstacles. Through analysis of the existing problems of Chinese heavy truck enterprises in technology innovation and R&D as well as our backwardness compared with foreign advanced enterprises, this paper refers to CNHTC's some good practices and experiences in technology innovation, and proposes the problems our heavy truck enterprises should note and solve during technology innovation. If our heavy truck enterprises expect to achieve a qualitative leap, the key is unswervingly adhere to the independent technical innovation, positively carry out innovation strategies, such as patent and standardization strategy, market and industry segments strategy, brand competition strategy, human capital strategy, organization and institutional innovation strategy, adopt the technology innovation mode of "independent innovation first, introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation second" . And according to the actual situations, actively promote the innovation cooperation among enterprises, continuously enhance technical innovation and increase spending on research and development, focus on core technology and key technology urgent for industry development to adapt to the needs of the global competition. At the same time, it's essential to establish and perfect the enterprise technology innovation safeguard mechanism, incentive mechanism and the mechanism of transformation of scientific and technological achievements as soon as possible, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of enterprises, enhance the cultivation of various technical innovation talents. We should rely on independent innovation to constantly cultivate our own core competitiveness so as to improve the overall technology innovation level in our heavy truck enterprises, build international brand of national heavy truck and enhance the international competitiveness of our heavy truck enterprises.Conclusion: The core innovation strategy pattern of Chinese heavy truck enterprises should adopt independent innovation.
