Enterprises face a greater global competition in 21st century. An enterprise must rely on innovations in order to maintain their own competitive advantages in market. The innovation ability of a single enterprise gradually decreases, the traditional independence innovation model of an enterprise can not adapt the requirements of global competition, because the technological changes accelerate in constantly, the technological complexity and the uncertainty of technological innovations are increasing. Enterprises must get its own deficient resources and timely and effective information from the outside world for innovations. Through the reciprocal relations among the industry organizations, regardless of resources or information is of great help for the innovative activities of organizations, so innovation networks emerges as the times require. When the circumstances are uncertain, innovation networks based on organizational trust is very important for the new product development of an enterprise.Firstly, organizational trust, innovation networks and new product development performance were reviewed in this thesis. It was found that domestic and foreign scholars and researchers pay more attention to the internal mechanism of innovation networks, and the new product development performance focuses on the internal and external effect factors of new product market performance. Scholars have proposed some evaluation factors of organizational trust, innovation networks and new product development performance. The evaluation factors were defined, and the three dimensions were made operational definitions, then questionnaire items of all dimensions were developed. Likert scale was chosen as an evaluation tool. The primary hypothesis and model were proposed based on the analysis of the three dimension factors.Secondly, high-tech enterprises is chosen as a study object in this thesis and a survey is applied for data collection. The collected data were discussed and studied by descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis. The dimension diversity and the result stability were analysised, and the dimensions was organizational trust is divided into four dimensions, partner relationship, solving problems together, benefits sharing, communication and rely. Also, innovation networks is classified as multi-reciprocal networks and Formal consilience networks two dimensions. New product development performance is divided into three dimensions, forecast accuracy and market performance, period of new product development and frequency of design changes. Then, the hypothesis and the model were amended and a multiple regression analysis was made. Finally, the empirical conclusions were obtained: firstly, organizational trust has a significant positive effect on innovation networks. Secondly, innovation networks positively affects new product development performance obviously. Additionally, some management suggestions were proposed: Firstly, innovation networks can be cemented by organizational trust. Secondly, new product development performance can be strengthened by innovation networks.
