Study On The Issue Of Rural Surplus Labour Transfer In The Ethic Regions

This research takes the relationship between the rural surplus labour transfer and the social changes of the output place,a town inhabited by minority groups in Guangxi, as an example, applies the anthropological method of field study to collect relevant materials and analyse the collected information, tries to reveal the great changes of social life style brought by the surplus la bour transfer in local ethnic region, and puts forward some constructive suggestions.There are six chapters in this article, the first chapter introduces the origin,the aim, research methods, simply reviews the research results of the acdemic cirle at home and abroad on the issue of rural surplus labour transfer. The second chapter mainly introduces general situation of the field site.The third chapter mainly introduces the present situation and reasons of rurual labour tansfer in the field site.The forth chapter discusses the possible influences of rural labour transfer on local society, form the economic ,social and cultural aspects. The fifth chapter puts forward some constructive suggestions based on local practical situation. The six chapter simply makes a summarize of some experiences and knowledge I have got in the process of doing field work and paper finishing.
