Research On The Land Quality And Landscape Pattern For Land Consolidation

In order to ensure the sustainable development of China's social and economic,to implement the basic national policy of"Treasure and make rational use of land, protect the arable land effectively", to achieve dynamic balance of the total arable land , The state encourages land arrangement. Henan Province, as the country's major agricultural province and cereals industrial base, in order to ensure arable land to meet the requirements of agricultural development and food production, the state has increased the strength of land consolidation. However, from the current actual situation of Land consolidation, the main goal of the majority of regional land consolidation is still to expand the number of arable land, land consolidations have not yet fully entered the stage of improving the quality of the living environment and agricultural land as a major objective, there is no emphasis on the improvement of the land quality and landscape functions. To this end, on the base of the scientific and technological research projects in Henan Province- "The research on the model evaluation system and construction model of new rural construction land consolidation ", Article studied the impact of the land consolidation on land quality and landscape pattern, with a view to provide reference for the sustainable development of land consolidation.In this study, the research object was the agricultural land consolidation. On the basis of the summary of research progress of land consolidation both at home and abroad, summarize the theory of land consolidation,land quality and landscape ecological, clear the content,term and the characteristics of the land quality evaluation of the land consolidation,and determined the research methods.According to the characteristics of land consolidation projects, from the factors of micro-topography,soil,water,landscape to build Land Quality Indicators, determine the weights of factors with AHP, combined the method of the factor,the index and comparison analysis to evaluate the land quality; with the landscape ecology theory, select landscape pattern indicators from the level of plaque and landscape, applied mathematics tools and GIS technology, analyzed landscape patches,landscape diversity and corridor. Based on topography, the article selects the land consolidation projects of Changge City and Yiyang County of Henan Province for typical case. The results show that:①The results show that land consolidation has a higher degree of impact on the quality of the land. After the implementation of the project, the quality of land has been improved. The land consolidation project of Changge has improved the degree of land quality up to 37.3%. The land consolidation project of Yiyang County has improved the degree of land quality up to 75.7%.②The landscape pattern of the land consolidation project area has been changed. The project optimized landscape. The patch number,density and fractal dimension of the project areaⅠreduced from 48,0.26,3.51 to 34,0.17,3.22, and the project areaⅡreduced from 25,0.23,3.71 to 20,0.14,3.33. The fractal dimension of landscape was reduced. The two project areas were reduce by 0.1495 and 0.0967. The degree of fragmentation was reduced, the degree of fragmentation of project areaⅠreduced from 20.2412to 6.2024, the degree of fragmentation of project areaⅡreduced from 9.9412 to 2.8179. The Land consolidation enhanced the gallery index.
