Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Quality Due To The Impact Of Land Consolidation Based On The View Of Construction Level

Cultivated land,the important resource for human survival,plays a significant role in grain security,ecology security and sustainable development.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,multiple problems of cultivated land has come to surface,such as decrease in quantity and a decline in quality.Land consolidation is an important measure to protect cultivated land and protect food security,which makes outstanding achievements in increasing land quantity and improving land quality.The implementation of cultivated land quality evaluation on land consolidation is conducive to cultivated land protection,changing from quantity control to overall protection of quantity,quality as well as ecology.Under the background of promotion of land consolidation and emphasis on cultivated land quality in our country,the research is designed to straighten out and summarize the studies at home and abroad systematically from the following aspects:cultivated land quality,land consolidation,cultivated land quality evaluation of land consolidation from the perspective of construction level.It is found that cultivated land quality evaluation on land consolidation is relatively scarce.Meanwhile,its index selection is similar to that of ordinary cultivated land quality evaluation,not highlighting the features of land consolidation.On this basis,the impact on cultivated land quality will be clarified due to the content of land consolidation project construction and different types of projects,which is the foundation of the theory of cultivated land quality evaluation on land consolidation from the perspective of construction level.On the ground of the impact on cultivated land quality from different types of projects,the general evaluation idea and evaluation principle will be firstly established.Then,seven index will be selected.That is field regularity,field flatness,field concentrated degree,road accessibility,ditch density,protection forest coverage,electric network coverage.The seven index will be made the proportion according to the AHP.Finally,a complete set of cultivated land quality evaluation system on land consolidation will be formed from the perspective of construction level according to the standard set up from the each index with previous studies and experience.The research studies from the perspective of construction level with the land consolidation project area in Yifeng County of Jiangxi Province for the research area and the aerial image,vectorgraph and digital elevation model(DEM)from the pre-construction as well as post-construction for the data base.Calculating relevantindicator from landscape pattern indexes and corridor characteristics index and composite score of cultivated land quality through comprehensive index model,the cultivated land quality is comparatively analyzed between pre-construction and post-construction.It is found that in view of the construction level,besides field concentrated degree,score of all index and cultivated land quality turn to positive direction.From the single index point of view,field regularity decreases from 53.42 to50.88,field flatness increases from 0.89 to 0.93,field concentrated degree decreases from 0.17% to 0.16%,road accessibility increases from 59% to 64%,ditch density increases from 15.79 km/km2 to 22.43 km/km2,protection forest coverage increases from 59% to 64%,electric network coverage increases from 1.46 km/km2 to 1.70km/km2,the improvement is significant.The comprehensive score of cultivated land quality in the project area was increased from 60.59 points before the land consolidation to the following 72.11 points,which improved the efficiency by 15.98%.In a word,the land consolidation has a significant effect on improving the quality of cultivated land in the project area,which is beneficial to improve the productivity of cultivated land and social economic development.Although the quality of cultivated land in the project area has been improved,there are still some problems in the implementation of the project.In the future,the land consolidation planning should pay more attention on the consolidation of dayland,and the design of the layout of the corridor,such as rural roads and ditches,and improve the landscape ecological benefit,In the aspect of the quality of cultivated land,comprehensively improve the level of construction projects to improve the quality of cultivated land.
