Study On The Priority Of Farmland Land Regulation Based On Landscape Pattern

Our country has a large population and the number of per capita cultivated land is small and the reserved cultivated land is short. Land using is confronted with the prominent issues: on one hand the population is still growing, and to make sure the security of food supplies and solve the problem of billions of people’s food, one the other hand, our country is in the period of industrial transformation, with the economy growth and urbanization and industrialization, more land is going to be used. But the reserved cultivated lands are too hard to cultivate because the quality and quantity of reserved cultivated land are bad and less. Based on the pass experience and practice, we find that doing a lot of land consolidation would do good to solving the problem of food security and land ecological environment security, and it also makes sure the dynamic balance of cultivated land resources under the pressure of urbanization and the non-stop growing of construction lands.But how to figure out the order of land consolidation in an area when the land consolidation planning of that area has been lay down? There is no scientific and comprehensive method for it. The orders of land consolidation were based on the potentials of the land in the past practice, but which is not comprehensive enough. Because the potential of land consolidation is just a small part during the consolidation. The difficulty and impendence of land consolidation need to be taken into consideration. The land full of potential and impendence and easiness need to be consolidated preferentially so that we can create the maximum benefit under the limited resources. At the same time, the paper implies that the purposes of land consolidation are not only the benefit of economy and society and eco-system but also the impact of landscape pattern. Because the landscape pattern can not only reflect the situation of space allocation of agricultural land, but the difficulty of land consolidation.This paper use the Fragstates3.3 to analyze the landscape pattern of agriculture lands in the Fumin county, then use the Arcgis to evaluate the limitation of land consolidation in the fumin county with impendence and potential. At last, the period of land consolidation in fumin county is divided to 5 period: recent term, more recent term, medium-term, long-term, more long-term and it is shown on the map for the reference of the order of land consolidation in fumin county.
