China's cultivated land resources in the quantity and quality protection as well as the comprehensive production capacity of unit land and so on are facing unprecedented pressure.In order to alleviate this situation,China began to intensify its efforts to carry out land remediation work.It hoped that through the comprehensive improvement of farmland land,farmland irrigation facilities,farmland transportation facilities,forest land and residential areas in order to enlarge the area of the farmland,improve agricultural production conditions,improve the regional food production purposes.How to test the validity of land improvement works in improving cultivated land quality and improving farmland production conditions,explore the method of quality reassessment for the characteristics of land remediation,is the problem what land and resources management departments want to solve.The author takes Wuhan City Hannan District major project land consolidation project,construction of basic farmland consolidation in Liuji City,Xinzhou District,Wuhan City,Wuhan Dongxi District Dongshan Office Wuyi brigade basic farmland land consolidation project,Project Land consolidation of New Countryside in Kongkou Street,Wangji Street,Xinzhou District,Wuhan City four land consolidation projects as the research object.Consider and learn from China's existing agricultural land quality annual update technical requirements,on the basis of the basic framework of the three levels of quality and economic quality,this paper discusses the theory and method of reassessment of cultivated land quality in land remediation project in plain area.In this paper,the paper takes the pilot project of theWangji Street,Xinzhou District,Wuhan City as an example,From construction of re-evaluation index system of cultivated land quality after land improvement,get index attributes,quantitative method of evaluation index,economic coefficient correction four key issues,the application of various methods in the evaluation of cultivated land quality.In order to provide theoretical guidance for the completion and acceptance of land consolidation project,to promote the promotion of the comprehensive production capacity of cultivated land.Through a comprehensive analysis of land leveling,farmland water conservancy,traffic engineering three major types of land remediation measures for the impact of cultivated land quality,combined with the relevant indicators of national agricultural land classification and comprehensive related literature to obtained the primary index of land quality re evaluation.The method is used to determine the Profile configuration,Surface soil texture,Organic matter content,Depth of barrier,pH value,Groundwater depth,Block continuity,Road accessibility,Irrigation canal density,Drainage density,Distance from residential point and so on,11 factor is the re evaluation index of cultivated land quality.Using entropy method and Analytic hierarchy process jointly constructed the index system of reassessment of cultivated land quality of land remediation project.The cultivated land quality reassessment index is divided into the stability class,space distance type,Vulnerable to engineering impact index elasticity coefficient 4 types of indicators respectively,to explore this index acquisition and quantification method.Using the land method to divide the cultivated land quality unit.The coefficient of complement factor before land remediation is 72.71,and the compensation after land remediation factor is 78.8.The correction coefficient is 1.08.This study selected the means of production price index method,the economic coefficient was amended,The production conditions have a correction factor of 1.08.After the production cost index correction,Wangji Street land remediation project output-cost index correction coefficient of 1.07.Based on the above-mentioned indicators,weight,data acquisition and quantification,utilization coefficient and economic coefficient,the index of natural and other indices before and after the renovation of the pilot project of the new rural area in Wangji Street,Xinzhou District,Wuhan City,before and after the comparative analysis,the results show that after the land remediation and other natural indicators,economic and other indices,the use of suchindicators raise 1-2 levels.Mainly because the study of the plot as a unit,the evaluation unit within the difference between the better response out.To improve the accuracy of the quality of cultivated land after the improvement of land,and achieve an accurate measure of land remediation effect has a more obvious role.Through the above research,it is verified that the quality of cultivated land is equal to the feasibility of the technical method system.This is an important reference for the completion and acceptance of land remediation projects in measuring the quality of cultivated land.
