New-high Technology is turning go out to be prominent drive for social economic development in the 21st century. With its peculiarly high profitability and high growth, new-high technology attracts much attention from enterprises. But, high failure, severe competition and many uncertain factors always accompany with new-high technology industrialization. At present, in our country, new-high technology industrialization is in its early stage, lack of risk awareness, scarcity of proper methods for the risk assessment and risk control. All these features make this research on risk management of new-high technology projects investment practically significant.In order to solve the problem of the management of new-high technology projects investment risks well, with reference to the concept and theory studies achievements about risk and risk management and according to the characteristic of new-high technology projects investment, this article researches on risk recognition, risk evaluation and risk management and proposes a plan for the risks management of new-high technology projects investment from the project manager's point of view. I hope the article can offer some useful consultations to the new-high technology project investors and administrators.Generally speaking, this text will be divided into five parts (eight chapters). The first part (the first and the second chapter) will give the background, the study actuality of the home & abroad and the innovations of this article etc, and the theory based of the article. The article takes on the theory of risk management to analyze the concepts on new-high tech, risk and the contents of new-high technology projects investment risks; The second part (the third and the fourth chapter) is the most important part. On the basis of analyzing reasons and characteristics raised from new-high technology, concerning the condition of our country, the article researched the risk factors of any new-high technology investment stage. According to that, a series of risk indexes has been put forward and then brings about a method-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation & Analytic Hierarchy Process, relative risk evaluation model has been built on the base of analyses of risking reasons and risking characteristics in the new-high technology project investment. After that the thesis will carry out Break-even analysis and sensitivities evaluation in Excel by using the quantitative analysis method, which is a good supplement to the model above. In the third part (the fifth chapter), the thesis sums up a set of strategy for risk prevention and control of new-high technology projects investment in our country. The fourth part (the sixth chapter) has carried on analysis to project of <100MW Solar Cell Production>applying the theory above. The fifth part (the seventh chapter and the eighth chapter) is the conclusion and prospects.
