Corporate High-tech Project Risk Management Studies

Project risk management, the important content of project management, is the key factor to successful project management, but no matter it is project risk management theoretical research or the concrete practice is relatively backward in our country. Aimed at several questions that exist in the risk management of the project, at first this text probed into the essential meaning of the risk and defined the risk in the risk management of the project, on this basis this text described the relationship between project risk management knowledge and general project manage (not project risk management); Secondly, according to project general course of risk management compared the tool and technology of project risk management, to hope to offer some suggestions for carrying on concrete project risk management; Thirdly, discussed the risk management of enterprise's high and new-technology project; At the end of this text, applied analytic hierarchy process to analyse the risk management of a concrete high and new-technology project of one enterprise.
