Basing on the system reference status of training on Agricultural Science graduate students of Hubei Province, the author made a comparative analysis on employment status and existing problems in new rural construction of Hubei Province Agricultural Science Graduates in a wide range of industries, majors and areas, selected a typical market employment case of agricultural post-graduates, and operate the analysis and summary of current practice. On this basis, combing characteristics of the agricultural post-graduates job market, stating with the internal and external factors that agricultural graduate students employment faced in the new period , the writer analyzed and summarized the main and direct factors impacting agricultural post-graduate employment trends in Hubei Province which are the employer-oriented factor , employed Agricultural Science Graduates' judge factor , and post-graduates employment intention factor, and made comparative analysis, cross analysis, correlation analysis and correlation analysis on related data of these three closely research object.The main conclusion of the study is: compared with other subjects, Graduate School of Agricultural Science in Hubei Province has the smallest proportion, while the average annual growth rate is higher than other disciplines, which makes fast-scale and unstable growth, the type of training talents still can not meet the specifications of the various high-level personnel needs that the new rural construction and development requires. Compared to engineering, they face more employment pressure , different professions are imbalance in supply and demand, and they have poor employment prospects; employment flow is prominently geographical imbalance, the employment situation that highly concentrated in the region and the number of economically developed provinces and cities does not be a lot of changes in the short term; enterprises, universities and research institutes are still absorbing large agricultural graduate recruitment, but with the agricultural high-tech private enterprise getting flourish, agricultural research and development needs of post-graduate positions in private enterprises increases employment , and high technical posts are mainstream of graduate student in the agriculture, forestry in agricultural job market. Agricultural Science graduates in general have a more rational attitude and maturity in careers, but the employment expectations are still not satisfied compared with the real situation of agricultural and forestry industries. Compared with post-graduate employment, the career planning and prospects exists a big gap, which impacts agricultural post-graduate employment direction to some extent. Employment sectors are diversified, but the single structure of postgraduate education and the diversity employment structure are contradictory, institutions of higher learning has become an important platform for employment, but there is a big gap between the agricultural post-graduate training and employment.Therefore, training of graduate students in agricultural countries must keep the pace of economic restructuring, do a good job in agricultural post-graduate demand forecasts, specialized courses to make sure graduate students get development according to the proportion of different agricultural professionals and successful employment; making steady sustainable development of agricultural post-graduate education scale, greatly improve the quality of agricultural training of graduate students, do a good job in agricultural graduate students employment situation analysis and prediction and employment information services to strengthen the vocational guidance; agricultural graduate should build a timely adjustment of job expectations in accordance with the actual situation of new socialist countryside, Agriculture, Forestry employment platform for institutions of higher learning should have a diversified development, and realize the network of agricultural post-graduate human resource; establish the new schools system that Hubei Province postgraduate training units absorb students on their own under the related departments' macro-management, and under the national macro - policy guidelines, adapt to the new rural construction, through regulation and feedback of the job market mechanism, improve the quality of agricultural post-graduate education from all aspects.Have innovation in organic integration of agricultural post-graduate job prospects and employment aspects. Studies made up for the analysis of agricultural post-graduate employment intention.
