Study On The Current Situation Of Science And Technology Service Industry And Countermeasures Of Hubei Province

With the further refining of social division of labor and constant integration of industries,science and technology service industry has already become an important part of the tertiary industry.It plays a more and more important role in the development of national economy and creation of good innovation atmosphere.As a major province of education,Hubei Province has excellent advantages for the development of science and technology service industry,but it also has various problems in the development process,such as small overall scale,low degree of specialization.Therefore,evaluation of the current situation of science and technology service industry,and analysis of the existing problems and reasons will be of important and realistic significance for improving the development level of science and technology service industry in Hubei Province.In this paper,level evaluation is carried out for the development of the science and technology service industry in Hubei Province with factor analysis and entropy method based on the summary of related theories concerning the study on domestic and foreign science and technology service industry with the study on the science and technology service industry in Hubei Province as the research target,and influence factors of science and technology service industry in Hubei are analyzed.It is discovered that the overall score of science and technology service industry in Hubei Province from 2009 to 2013 ranked 12,13,12,10 and 10 respectively in China,higher than the western areas,but far lower than Beijing and coastal cities in the southeast,such as Shanghai,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,etc.The development of science and technology service industry in Hubei Province is mainly impacted by the public transport environment,urbanization level,fixed investment in science and technology service industry,R&D fund source and policy supports,etc.It is proposed that the development of science and technology service industry in Hubei Province can be improved from seven aspects,including the investment and operation mode,government policy guidance,platform construction,environment optimization,introduction and cultivation of professional talents,industry regulation and perfection of laws and regulations.
