Temporal And Spatial Variation Of LUCC Driving Forces In Ban'an District, Shenzhen

LUCC is the top research in cosmopolitan environment change today, and the drive of the LUCC is the key of the research. The paper use the data of land changing survey in 1996,2005 and 2008,classify 9 type land:cultivate land,garden land,forest land,urban construction land,mine industry storage land,traffic land,water facilities land and unutilized land. The paper analyses the areas, change rate, contribution rate and intensity of different type of land during 1996 to 2005 and 2005 to 2008.Than the paper analyses the drive factor from spatial and temporal. aspect. The result is:1 During 1996 to 2005,the main land transformation come from agriculture land, unutilized land transferred to construction land,exractly change among cultivate land, urban construction land, mine industry storage land, unutilized land; during 2005 to 2008, the main land transformation come from construction land changing to agriculture land, different construction land transferred from each other, exactly change among urban construction land, mine industry storage land, water facilities land unutilized land and traffic land.2 From aspect of spatial, the driver factor among agriculture land transformation is slope,elevation,the distant from house and river; the driver factor among construction is the first production value, the second production value and the third production value; the main driver factor for transformation from agriculture land to construction land is the distant of house and the lower road; the main driver factor for transformation from construction land to agriculture land is the first production value, slope,elevation.3 From temporal aspect, according from the method of qualitative,the landscape pattern changed which the cultivate land and garden plot decrease, urban construction land increase, it is because the increasing population, economic and the policies. The areas of urban construction is positive correlation with the population and GDP, The areas of cultivate land is nageitive correlation with the population and GDP.4 On the drive of policies, the protection of cultivated land choke back the cultivate land transfer to construction land, the land saving, intensity policy is the main drive to made the transformation among construction land; the law of land market choke back the construction increase.
