Tourism is a comprehensive industry that composed by food, shelter, transportation, travel, purchase and entertainment. Food, shelter, transportation belongs to basic tourism consumption with small flexible.The shopping is non-essential travel consumer with greater flexibility. The proportion of buying souvenirs is around 20% in China, 30% behind the world level,40% -50% far cry from developed countries. Tourism income of Qinhuangdao reached new heights,but the main tourism products - the development of tourism souvenirs is not much improved.The situation that visitors can not buy suitable souvenirs is still continue. In this paper,choose Qinhuangdao tourism souvenirs for the study.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction and the theory. Introduction discusses the research background, the significance of the research and analyzes the current situation, research at home and abroad.At last introduce approaches to the study.In theory,introduce some of the representative definition on tourism products and tourism souvenirs. Analysis tourism souvenirs from the cultural point. Put forward four-point principle on the development of tourism souvenirs Introduce fuzzy evaluation and construct a model of tourist souvenirs development.The second part analysis the development of tourism souvenirs from the view of tourists and tourist destination.The author did a lot of survey on visitors and the questionnaires were classified and summaried. Through questionnaires I know the request of visitors to souvenirs and the related facilities. This article carry out a summary of the history of Qinhuangdao tourist destination, and tourism resources. Adopt fuzzy evaluation to analysis the representative souvenirs and find out the constraints to the development of souvenirs. Part III is strategy on the development of souvenirs in Qinhuangdao. Strategy includes reasonable pricing, shopping environment, product innovation strategy, the joint development strategy, packaging program and ideas to the development of tourism souvenirs.
