Japan Energy Saving And Its Enlightenment To China

With the continued socio-economic development of a country's economic growth on energy resources, increasing dependence, since the reform and opening up, China achieved rapid economic growth, industrialization also continue to increase resources for economic development and environmental constraints of contradictions between the more and more prominent.
