In recent years, there are rapid development and continuous growth of productionoutput and continuous improvement of the quality and economic efficiency in concreteproducts industry. However, there is a “high energy consumption and heavy pollution”inthe production processes of concrete products. Cleaner production is a preventiveenvironmental initiative which continues to apply to the production process and finallyproduces clean products, using clean raw materials and energy and non-waste process.Thus, the concept of cleaner production of concrete products enterprise plays a positiverole in promoting energy conservation.Through extensive literature reading, combined with scene investigation inconcrete products enterprise, concrete products enterprise conducts energy analysis onproduction process and its main processes under the guidance of the concept of cleanerproduction whose consequence is the steam curing is the largest part of energyconsumption in concrete products enterprise. Then, this article establishes evaluationindex system of energy-saving technologies of concrete products enterprise throughselecting a sound technical evaluation index.Afterwards, this article uses hierarchicalanalysis to determine the weight of each index and uses expert investigation to obtainjudgment matrix to calculate the weight coefficient of each factor.Finally, using theevaluation index system to evaluate and select energy-saving technologies in curingprocesses of concrete products enterprise. In the last, a practical application research in concrete products business which used energy-saving technology evaluation indexsystem to select energy-saving technology and to analysis its application effect iscarried on. Under the guidance of the cleaner production, the best energy-savingtechnology has an significant and high economic efficiency.In conclusion, by building a evaluation index system of energy-saving technologiesand case studies in a concrete products enterprise, this paper indicated that technicalevaluation index system has a high availability and reliability while provides atheoretical basis for concrete products companies to choose energy-saving technology.Meanwhile, it provides some guidance and reference for the concrete products industryto carry out cleaner production activities.
