Energy is not only an important material basis that the human societies survive and develop, but also an important guarantee for accelerating the socialist modernization and realizing the magnificent goal of a well-off society in china. Since reform and opening, Rapid economic development and speeding of urbanization process lead to the contradiction of energy supply and requirement. Energy inadequate supply had become one of obstacles in china economic development. In this context, analyzing of energy efficiency in China, then finding the main factors which impact the improvements of the energy efficiency and taking corresponding measures to improve China's the energy efficiency will be a main way to realize the future targets of energy saving and emission reduction,and ease energy constraint conflicts.In this paper, study put focus on how to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy intensity by combining of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method. First of all, based on the theoretical energy efficiency, analyze the status quo of China's energy efficiency and discover that China's energy efficiency has been significantly improved, but compared with international advanced level; energy efficiency in our country is still lagging behind. Analysis of the energy efficiency of the region based on entropy theory come to the conclusion that high energy efficiency regions are mainly distributed in the southeast coast, the relatively high economic development level, as well as lack of energy endowment areas; verifying energy efficiency in line with the "Kuznets" curve hypothesis discover the turning point at a relatively low level of economic development. Secondly, In view of the status of low energy efficiency, the use of statistical analysis methods and models analyze the influence factors that affect the energy efficiency in china. come to the conclusion that increasing the level of economic development, raising energy prices by use of economic instruments and promoting technological advances help to improve China's energy efficiency; in the current China's foreign economic and product structure, reducing exports and increasing imports will help to improve energy efficiency; increasing the proportion of tertiary industry and reducing the second industry are in favor of China's energy efficiency; the increasing proportions of the power and oil consumption or reduce the proportion of coal consumption are conducive to improving energy efficiency. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to our country can help to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.
