Affects Study On The Energy Consumption Structure And Its Impact On Energy Efficiency In Zhejiang

Energy is an important resource for the sustained development of the national economy and the driving force for the rise of China.However,the increasingly scarce energy has become an important factor restricting the economic and social development.Looking around the world,improving the energy efficiency level is the only way to ease the contradiction between energy supply and demand,ensure the rapid and stable development of regional economy,and change the economic growth mode,the only way to get rid of energy shortages and realize the key point of change.At present,energy development is in a critical period of profound change and major adjustment.Faced with global climate change and ecological challenges,vigorously develop clean energy has become the inevitable trend of energy development.Developed countries in Europe and the United States generally to the development of clean energy as a national energy strategy,nuclear power,natural gas,renewable energy accounted for more than 37% of the total.Zhejiang Province needs to face a new pattern of energy supply and demand,the new changes in the face of international energy development new trends to protect the province’s energy security and promote energy production and energy consumption changes,that is,energy structure in Zhejiang Province in transition.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the impact of energy consumption structure changes on energy efficiency in Zhejiang Province during 1995-2014 are made by theoretical analysis and cointegration relationship model.The energy consumption structure is analyzed by econometric method On the impact of energy efficiency,given from the empirical aspects of quantitative research theory,It is concluded that the proportion of natural gas and water core wind power is proportional to the overall energy efficiency,that is,the share of natural gas and water nuclear power consumption in total energy consumption will increase the energy efficiency;the proportion of coal and petroleum and the overall energy efficiency The energy consumption structure of coal and the energy consumption structure of oil-type have a significant effect on the energy efficiency when the intensity of science and technology is high.The energy consumption structure of coal and the energy consumption structure of oil-type have significant effect on the energy efficiency ofthe coal-type and oil-consuming,The energy consumption structure of the natural gas and the energy consumption structure of the water-core wind energy have a significant promotion effect on the energy efficiency,regardless of the high intensity of the science and technology input or the low intensity of the science and technology investment.In the end,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the energy efficiency level in Zhejiang Province.First,it strongly encourages the development and utilization of natural gas and renewable energy and enlarges the use of natural gas.Secondly,it accelerates the transformation of economic growth mode and optimizes the industrial structure.Promote energy science and technology innovation;four is to promote oil and gas market system reform.
