Research On The Relevance Between Industrial Strcture And Employment Strcture Of Shenzhen

Every country regard economic growth and full employment as objectives ofmacroeconomic regulation and control. It is confirmed in many developed contries that economic growth will generate employment growth. But in such developing countries as China, there exists the uninform phenomenon between economic growth and employment growth. So many scholars have analyzed this phenomenon, in these researches ,the analysis about the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure was regard as a deeper level of research, this coordination is also the important symbol of the healthy and sustained development of economic.Shenzhen, as China's first pilot area of reforming and opening, its ecomomic development model and economic strcture has its own represenative, but is it coordinate between the industrial structure and the employment structure ? How about the sustained economic development abilities? To solve these two questions, this paper will combine the strengths of scholars' studies, make use of the employment elasticity and the deviation indicators of structure to analyze the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Shenzhen., So we can provide some theoretical basis for policy. This paper can be divided into five parts as follows:Chapter I, Introduction. Describes the background,significance,the article's research methods Chapter II and organizational structure.Chapter II, Review of the Literature. Summary of the classical theory of foreign-related research and the domestic research literature.Chapter III, the Shenzhen industrial structure, employment structure, history, current situation and changes trend analysis. Through the collection of the past 30 years data, analyzing the three industry structure and the structure of employment trends .Chapter IV, the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure of the empirical analysis of Shenzhen city. First introduces the meaning of the relevant analytical tools, and then analysis of three industries in Shenzhen City, employment elasticity, the deviation indicators of structure and finally the use of regression analysis to study the Shenzhen industrial structure and employment structure correlation.Chapter V, this paper's conclusions and policy recommendations.
