Research On The Sign System Of Equipment Room Through NMC LiaoNing Unicom

Equipment room is the window of the working-spot management of the telecom operators, which reflects the overall level of the operator's management. As it is different from the manufacturing operation site, the way of the management will directly affect the productivity and economic benefits of the corporation. Only by optimizing the administration of operations site continuously, can the enterprise improve response speed, and reduce the duration of the obstacle effectively. Spot is the basic management of the internal enterprise and the foundation of the operational activities of the corporation. Simultaneously, corporation objectives and strategies will be implemented and embodied in working-spot management eventually, and then the group company will take more and more attention on working-spot management and its improvement. Therefore China Unicom Group has drafted the AAA standard, and drawn up the corresponding scene improvement measures. The purpose is to analyze and solve kinds of problems of scene management timely, raise the efficiency, guarantee the quality, improve the working environment and reduce costs.In this paper, the operation site of equipment computer room of Liaoning Unicorn's network management center has been studied, from the point of 5S management (Seire, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke), signage system, the location management, geocoding and so on. The article proposes a practical program to improve the operation site, from the point of visualization, geo-coding, eliminating waste, improving efficiency, the quality, cost and term of delivery.At the same time, the paper makes a detailed description of the setting, meaning, role and partial signification of the American TIA/EIA606 standard, as well as puts forward the standard which is suiTab for the enterprise according to the actual situation of the on-site.The plan has been implemented for 5 years ,and has obtained good results .It not only makes the equipment room and environment clean, but also reduces the waste gradually and improves production efficiency to satisfy the requirements of quality, cost and term of delivery.
