Research On System Construction Of Public Environmental Signage Based On City Image Design

The papers discuss on construction status of public signage system in Zhengdong New Area, as well as its image which has the representation of Zhengzhou urban areas as a starting point, analyzing on the problem that is designed to build a system of public environmental signage which is based on the city's image design. Focused on the close relationship between public environmental signage system and city image building, and stressed on the macro point of view from the city image design, with integrating the design of urban signage system for construction. By investigating and visiting to a representative of Beijing national Bird Nest stadium, Hangzhou public signage system of West Lake scenic area, and comprehensive analysis on system elements, the guiding ideology, basic principles, methods and procedures, evaluation indicators and so on which is to build a system of public environmental signage, and put a system of public environmental signage into integration of point of intersection of the field that is Environmental Art Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Traffic Design and so on, the paper is from the multi-angle, multi-dimensional stock of them. On the basis of investigation and research on public environmental signage system of CBD in the Zhengdong New Area, in view of current realities of existing problems, proposed to improve the signage of related programs and construction advice, in order to let the new facilities in the Eastern District of public environmental systems meet people further. The paper is improved by a number of deficiencies and shortcomings that is currently exists in CBD of Zhengdong New Area, to fully analyze on important practical significance for construction completely of urban public signage system is key to built on the city's image. This research offered an important reference for the construction and planning implementation to regional environmental signage system in Zhengzhou City, it has an important role for promoting the construction of our province city's image.
