The 29th Olympic Games has been successful completed, we held not for the single purpose of hosting the Olympic Games, the core of which is the post-game utilization, promote the domestic economy effective development of long-term. Beijing ambitious new facilities of these new ideas in how to face the unpredictable and ever-changing challenges of the environment, the relevant government departments must concern.Research methods used in this article are mainly literature research, field studies, surveys and so on. The collation of the literature analysis, summed up the Olympic stadium after the basic pattern of use and experience. Through field research and surveys to obtain tourist information on the use of Olympic venues, trying to point out of post-game utilization existing problems, causes and solutions for operators to provide an effective basis for the operation and management.In this paper, the main content is:Olympic Games on tourism and tourists on the concept, definition.Collate the Olympic tourism research domestic and abroad, identify trends and lack of the research.Analysis of the Olympic venues domestic and abroad post-game utilization process to explore a game can make use of experience to draw on.The 29th Olympic Games main stadium - Bird's Nest for the case, through the advance planning and an analysis of the post-game utilization status, in this based on the Bird's Nest to survey visitors, through the analysis of tourist satisfaction degrees, visitors and tourists to experience the use of preferences to determine the status of tourists, in order to provide a basis for effective management.Finally, sum up the suggestion of post-game utilization of Bird's Nest: economic efficiency and social balance; tourists education and management; rich projects and to enhance the participation of tourists; maximum use of the venue; to speed up after the transformation and development of the use of investment plans; extended life cycle of the Olympic venues; joint development with other venues.
