With the worldwide development of economic globalization, increasing competition, China's most of the managers of local enterprises or companies are increasingly feeling that some of the problems: complete copy of foreign adoption and successful enterprise management model will not make us the success of local enterprises, the opposite may affect the development of enterprises and even lead to corporate bankruptcy. Therefore, this should be through the national culture and management philosophy, in combination with the Chinese people's ideas and ways of thinking to form a more rational way of corporate governance, looking in line with China's national conditions with Chinese characteristics of corporate governance. So that China's enterprises to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, greatly reducing management costs, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Chinese enterprises are the root of the China in Chinese culture in the soil grow up, the growth and success must rely on their environment. I hope to be able to learn from China's enterprise management of nutrition, to abandon the practice in the management of the negative culture of enterprise management the impact of, and actively tap the best management thinking at the same time, combined with the modern business environment, and western management science, so we can form our own management style, and to use these ways successfully in enterprise management, so as to truly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so that Chinese companies in an invincible position in international competition. So t o adapt the ways for companies to China's social and economic development, and creating sustainable development with a good condition.In this paper, human resources management, organizational behavior, management, communication theory, the use of logical analysis and reasoning, on the whole the use of comparative analysis and dialectical analysis. Eleventh, enterprises to be strengthen competition and encourage innovation. Twelfth, companies must focus on talent. These methods expressed the hope that the management of enterprises has some effect. To enable enterprises to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, greatly reducing management costs, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises purposes.
