The international financial crisis which was triggered By the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has caused a great impact on the world economy .It's impact spread from the virtual economy to the real economy, and spread from developed to developing countries .For the environment of Financial integration in the global, almost the entire world was affected by the financial crisis. Since late last year, because of the impact of world economic and financial situation , China's real economy is also subject to certain shocks. The growth of gross domestic product of China has slowed down,and the rate of the employment diminished.The employment is important to our people. To solve the employment issue well is not only related to people's immediate interests and quality of life, but also refer to the entire social stability and development. As a country with great populations, employment is important in Chinese economic and social development. The current global financial crisis, which was triggered by foreign entities, has led to unemployment. Meanwhile, the Chinese also faces transition of economic structure and industrial of special structure . The collision of Internal and external economic imbalances triggered a wave of downsizing employment. To ensure the existing jobs For the severe employment situation and expand employment and reemployment are very important. In the research process of this paper, the first ,we analyse the current severe situation of the employment. We combine normative analysis and empirical analysis together ,and also combine the theoretical analysis and mathematical method .We make use of mathematical models to quantify the economic indicators and analyse employment issues. Employment research, ultimately will go back to how to increase employment and improve the rate of employment. Measured by multiple regression model, the main factors affecting employment are selected. We establish the relationship between main factors of employment and employment growth. I use the index-based method to exclude the impact of time factor .I delete variables that are not significant to solve the multi-collinearity problem. I analyse the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable.On the basis of analysis, I recognize the effect of policies .I illustrate that how the Government to influence the aggregate demand, to stabilize the economy, and to expand employment by financial policy, monetary and industrial policy . We adjust the policy that is about the employment to promote employment and re-employment. Speaking generally, this paper is researching about the theory of employment and quantitative research of practice.
