Study On Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor Force In Northern Part Of Fujian

The issue concerning surplus labor force in rural area is quite important aspect in Agriculture, Countryside, and Peasants problems. It is related to increase peasants'income. It is also associated with the success in nee countryside construction. This article is based on traditional theory of surplus labor force shift in the countryside and the latest study. We analyze the situation and cause of surplus labor force r shift in North Fujian. Then we find what the problems are and put forward some suggestion to how to improve surplus labor force leftover shift.According to the research, this paper makes some conclusions as follows: If we want to speed surplus labor force shift in the countryside in North Fujian. We have to develop economics in county and establish more jobs that attract labors power in the countryside. It is important to make full use of agriculture, expand agriculture and establish more jobs in agriculture. Therefore, we have to speed enterprise in town and other business in the countryside, try to establish more jobs in agriculture. We have to develop our towns, expand industry so that we can establish more jobs, Firstly, we have to improve surplus labor force, and we should strengthen the basic conditions of surplus labor force shift in the countryside. We also must establish an organization for labor force shift; provide people with more information about labor force. It is necessary to support labor power shift and make sure that it is supported by rules. We have to create a fluent market and find more ways of job hunting in the city and towns. We also must change job hunting system in the city and towns, improve resident status system in the city and towns, establish effective land system and perfect our society in the countryside. It is great significant to focus on three projects: training project, finance service and provide jobs for the people come back to their hometown.
