Throughthe study of Tianjin city rural economic reform process, This paper from 1978 to 1998,Tianjin city rural economic reform is divided into three stages: basic rural economy systemreform stage (1978-1983); rural economic system reform is deepened further stages (1984-1988); rural economic market reform stage (1989-1998),Tianjin city rural change in thespecific situation analysis.
