Research On Virtual Enterprise Knowledge Management Under WEB2.0 Environment

As a core competence,the creating and applying of knowledge exists in each member in virtual enterprise.The characteristics of virtual enterprise,such as temporariness,dynamics,complex trust mechanism,etc.,make knowledge management processes more complicated and difficult than general business.Early network technology and knowledge management method has provided to enterprise information or knowledge exchange a lot of conveniences,but did not solving well the issues of knowledge management and knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise.WEB2.0's emergence displays the capabilities to knowledge sharing and management,and brings new hope for enterprise to effectively implement knowledge management.More importantly,it takes the new enlightenment and train of thought for resolving knowledge management problem in virtual enterprise.Owing to above,setting off from three-dimensional structure in knowledge management of virtual enterprise,this paper points out the main obstacles existed in VE's knowledge management.And by analyzing knowledge management features of WEB2.0 and impact of WEB2.0 over VE's knowledge management,the paper discusses the realization of VE's knowledge management under WEB2.0 environment in three aspects: employee personal knowledge management,member business knowledge management and alliance network knowledge management.The main content includes four chapters: Part one,virtual enterprise and knowledge management.It analyses three-dimensional nature of virtual enterprise knowledge and three-dimensional structure in knowledge management of virtual enterprise.Then it further discusses knowledge transformation in three-dimensional structure. By revealing connotation and essence of WEB2.0,it points out knowledge sharing platform function and knowledge management society function owned by WEB2.0.And it explores knowledge management features of WEB2.0 and impact of WEB2.0 over VE's knowledge management. Part four,the realization of virtual enterprise knowledge management in WEB2.0 environment.It analyses realization of VE's knowledge management under WEB2.0 environment.It presents the employee personal knowledge management model,the member business knowledge management model and the alliance network knowledge management model in knowledge management process of virtual enterprise under WEB2.0 environment.
