With the internet widespread and quickly developing of E-Commerce in China, more and more people start to shopping on the internet, especially through the C2C trade. However the credit problem is gradually exposed during the C2C rapid developing, which has become one of the main problems to hamper the normal development of the E-Commerce in our country.Setting off from the E-Commerce's appearance, development and problems, this paper analyses the credit evaluation mechanism's current situation and problems in our country's C2C trade. On the practical point of view, through reading the related literature in domestic and foreign countries, comparing to several portal categories C2C website comprehensively.This paper points out the appliance of new users, the lack of unite standards, authentication issues and the lack of initiation are the general problems in the developing of C2C web site's credit evaluation mechanism in our country.Meanwhile taking the Taobao website as case, this paper has a specific research on the C2C's credit evaluation mechanism and gives some improvement suggestion, from authentication, the calculation of credit and initiation. The case of Taobao website we are chosen, taking 80% share in our country's market, which has great representative. The consequent of the paper to the C2C website's construction of credit evaluation mechanism has a certain meaning. It also can benefit to our country's e-business'credit standards.
