Study On County Level Rural Land Survey Database Technology

Land is the material basis for human being survival and development. True and accurate land survey data, is an important basis for the national economic construction, social development and implementation of land resource management. Since 1984, China has successively carried out detailed survey of land, land change survey and updated land survey, and had identified the various categories of land area,ownership,distribution and utilization of space. But the original land survey results, being in a low accuracy, being lack of farmland information and being with little information, couldn't meet the demand of land resource management. Starting the second round of the national land survey and constructing a high-quality database of land resources is important when land resource management forwards to the modern management.This paper, basing on the second national land survey projects, taking Xianfeng, Hubei as an example, using international advanced RS, GIS and GPS technologies and existing land information and data, studies the new situation of the rural land survey and the construction technology and discusses the key technologies in database construction. This paper specifically includes:(1) From four stages, the industry data collection, field survey, data consolidation and land-use database construction, to discuss the rural land survey database construction.(2) According to the technical specification of the second land survey database construction, and previous experience in the database construction, this paper improves such four aspects as data source,acquisition method of graphics and attributes,database subsystem and data storage. Basing on updated land survey database, it also designs a technical route to establish database.(3) It studies on the cohesion technologies between updated land survey and the second land survey, coordinate transformation and the label spot attribute inherited technology. And verifies the key technology through the case.(4) According to the construction of rural land survey database, this paper studies on the data quality control system by building a database link as the starting point.
