| Land is important factor to influence human survival and development. True and accurate land survey achievement is the important basis of sustaining economic and social development. The past land survey results can not satisfy the need of land management work. As the rapid development of GIS and RS, the technology to land survey precision and efficiency was greatly improved. Therefore, a new land survey is imperative. In this paper, regarding Wuyuan County as the study area, according to second land survey regulations, combining local basic profiles and the theory of GIS and RS technology, inheritance from database construction and land use survey of inside and outside, land use analysis and so on. Mainly draw the following conclusions:1. According to land classification system, combining Wuyuan County located in the Loop Irrigation, identify interpreting marks of all the class, completed 141 remote sensing image interpretation of Wuyuan County by man-machine interactive interpretation of method. Drawled the best season and field investigation methods determined the type of class of local special place; showed the methods of data dealing and basic farmland protection area delineation, combination of database software of KANQ land ps explained the method of establishing and maintaining database.2. Described innovations by Comparing with traditional land survey database:the area of land survey database is based on the ellipsoidal statistical area, making the calculation method of actual polygon area and the area of the standard framing theory to be same, property structure has been improved; data unit are villages, towns, and counties. ridge coefficient on the slope value and the deduction has been greatly improved. Through a sample survey of inside and outside, Quality inspection software, proved Wuyuan county rural land survey results meeting the precision requirement.3. Obtained the land survey result of Wuyuan County, Wuyuan area are 250,334.61 hectares and the original cultivated land area are 152,764.09 hectares, the garden are 102.27 hectares, forest area are 1,938.37 hectares and grassland area are 70.19 hectares, urban and industrial land area are 15,039.02 hectares,7303.51 hectares of land for transportation,35,526.42 hectares of land for water conservancy facilities, and other land are 37590.74 hectares. Through the analysis of data can learn that Wuyuan County of the original proportion, but the reserve less resources, forest coverage is low, regional differences in land use is not obvious, land utilization rate is79.88%, per capita cultivated land is 7.61 acres, land to be further developed and utilized.4. The township's land use intensity is different from the intensity longxingchang town as the largest county. Minimum reclamation rate days tianjitai town, other towns about the same. Through comparing with the past land survey data, made flow analysis of all the class of the increase and decrease, with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standards, the areas of cultivated land,urban village land, land for traffic increased, others decreasing. The intensity of the towns of land use in different, Longxingchang town as county center is the largest. The Reclamation rate of Tianjitai town is lowest, other towns are indiscriminately.5. Database achievement as the basic data are applied to land evaluation, land use planning, land registration, basic farmland protection, land approval, the land alteration. Guarantee the accuracy of the database achievements; we need to strengthen the management, backup, updating for in the later application. |
