Reseacrch On Endowment Insurance In Rural Areas Of Hebei Province

Endowment insurance is a complicated systematic project, is targeted at the rural population built up an endowment insurance system and is the most imp- ortant task of social security in rural areas. To solve the problem of endowment insurance in rural economic development and social progress, an inevitable re- quirement is to fundamentally solve the "sannong " issue and ancomprehensiv- ely building a moderately prosperous society in institutional guarantees. On "The new farmer's insurance" in the implementa- tion and operation, will cer- tainly need to be addressed continu- ously exposed many problems and contra- dictions, which need fu- rther detailed study, continuous improvement and inn- ovation.In this paper, combining western town of Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, a survey of the rural endowment insurance were topics of research.First, by domestic and foreign research results, to rural endowment insurance and basic theory concepts are introduced in this analysis of Hebei Province on the basis of the development status of rural endowment insurance, and propos- ed the existence of the main problems.Secondly, through the endowment insurance in rural areas of Hebei Province an analysis of existing problems, combined with western town Qinhuangdao questionnaire obtained the constraints of rural endowment insurance of factors, including economic, social, legal and institutional aspects.Finally, according to the previous problems and constraints analysis, puts fo- rward corresponding countermeasures perfect. Mainly to improve the rural en- dowment insurance system and implementing the rural endowment insurance policy and enhance the endowment insurance, endowment insurance system optimized four aspects analyzed.Through field research, from the impact of specific aspects of rurual endow- ment insurance, starting from the theoretical discussion of the impact of rural endowment insurance, general factors, hoping to get some inspiration in favor of rural endowment insurance, to establish a starting point for further research.
