Regional tourism-cultural niche is form the angle of regional tourism-culture, multi-factor and multi-angle to be analysis, in order to seek an overall healthy development for tourism cultural and the overall level of increase, in the end to achieve the sustainable development of regional tourism-cultural.First of all, the paper defines the meaning of tourism-culture to make sure the researching object. And overview the research of domestic and foreign scholars in the tourism-cultural and research directions, and competing models of regional, to, analysis the important status and role of the tourism-culture in tourism development. The paper introduced niche theory into the regional tourism-cultural studies, and use of the quantitative method to reach the tourism-culture, pointed out that competition cooperation in regional tourism is the inevitable trend of development of tourism-cultural.Secondly, the paper analysis the development status of regional tourism-cultural in Hebei Province, and builds the evaluation index system of regional tourism-cultural niche. Then analysis the advantages and disadvantages of regional tourism-cultural development in Hebei Province. Based on the connotation and elements of tourism-cultural, build three-tier evaluation system of regional tourism-cultural niche which includes a total of 32 indicators in tourism-cultural resources, tourism market, socio-economic environment and social and human environment.Thirdly, evaluated the regional tourism-culture niche in Hebei Province. Used of AHP to determine index weight, and used of niche models calculated for each urban area's tourism-cultural niche, then compared the different dimensions niche of urban areas, as well as an integrated niche, and applied cluster to analysis of the dates. According to results to divided 11 tourist cities in Hebei Province into different categories to analyze the advantages of each categories and the potential for development. Finally, based on niche theories to build a competition and cooperation mode of regional tourism-cultural of Hebei Province. Regions should actively adopt niche separation, expand, generalization and specialization strategies such as to optimize the competing relations in order to accurately locate, in order to formation regional differences in niche and improve the development of overall system of tourism-culture.
