Wind Power Industry Of Hebei Province On Strategy Research

As the technology development of social economy, the new energy has been more and more concerned by society, wind power as a kind of new energy,are more and more social cycles. The main purpose of this study is through at home and abroad about the wind power, the equipment manufacturing industry in hebei province, according to the study of the development of actual situation proposed for hebei wind power equipment manufacturing industry development strategy. Hopes of province and the wind power equipment manufacturing provinces of development provides theory basis. This paper uses qualitative methods.Firstly, the research achievements at home and abroad are analyzed, and then introduced the related concept of wind power and the strategic management theories , as this study provides theory basis.Secondly, analyzed in hebei province, facing the developing wind power equipment manufacturing industry environment, the macro environment, environmental and internal environment, through the analysis of the development of hebei wind that opportunities and threats and hebei province are advantages and disadvantages for strategic studies, provides the basis.Thirdly, using the SWOT analysis model for again the wind conditions in hebei province are analyzed , and the influence factors of development in hebei province, the power of SWOT model can be more clear out the existing problems in the development of wind power in hebei province, and put forward strategic thoughts make preparation.Finally, In front of the basis in policy, technology, talent and the price was put forward for the development of hebei wind power.
