The Research On The Situation And Solution Of Poverty In Western Rural Area

Poverty, population, pollution are the three major global problems which have been affecting human survival and development.Because of poverty has the direct relationship with the basic survival needs of human being,it caused the world's attention. As the world's largest developing country, China's successive governments have attached great importance to poverty. To resolve this global problem,China made unremitting efforts and scored remarkable achievements.Today, China,in general,has to achieve a well-off. Howevere,people also see that there are still poverty problems in some Chinese areas.,especially in the Western rural areas of China.In those areas, the poverty problem has become crucial and even be a "bottleneck" of Western development. This problem has caused those government more and more importance.Many scholars who in related this field also have studied this problem from their own perspective,and gave many different suggestions.But, no consensus has been reached.Therefore,there is a still need to continue research and analysis the poverty problem of western areas in China.A comprehensive and deep awarance of this problem can provide a little reference for making policy.Through the comprehensive studying of the poverty status in western areas of China,this study will try the best to analysis the deep causes of poverty problem and will try to propose solutions about the problem.Based on this,this study,firstly researched those studies of poverty problem by domestic and foreign experts and scholars who related to this field.Including the definition of poverty problem, the types of poverty and the causes of poverty problem.The author combined with practical situation to analysis the causes of poverty in those areas from the macro, meso, and micro-level.Finally, the author compared with those exist studies of this problem,and took Qing Hai Province for example to give solutions from political,economical and cultural aspects.This paper is divided into eight parts:the first part of the preface, describes the background and significance of this topic;the second part sort out the related research of poverty problem which by the domestic and foreign experts and scholars;the third part is a summary of classification of poverty problem;the partⅣbriefly describes the measuring standards for the rural poor population;PartⅤdescribes in detail the current situation of the poor rural population in western China and analyzes the reasons;SectionⅥtook the example of Qinghai Province to further demonstrate the western China rural poverty situation and reasons;the author give solutions and suggestions of poverty problem;PartⅧfor the conclusion part of this study.
