Spatio-temporal Analysis Of Coordinated Development Between Urban Land Intensive Use And Land Ecological Security

Coordinated development between urban land intensive use and urban land ecological security is the key issue of the urban sustainable development. Though the effect of air system, water system, noise environment, species diversity, urban land use could affect ecological environment severely. Healthy ecological environment is the base of urban land sustainable use. Coordinated development between urban land intensive use and urban land ecological security is the way to achieve urban social economy sustainable development.Analyzing the relationship between urban land intensive use and land ecological security, a comprehensive index system and an coordinated development model are built. The status of urban land intensive use and land ecological security are elaborated according to the statistical data from 1998 to 2008 in Chengdu city. And spatio-temporalcoordinated development state was analysed by dynamic coordinated model, then the leading cause was explored. At last, the recommendation and countermeasures are put forward. The results show that,Firstly, during the study period, dynamic coordinated degree ascends firstly then drop, undergoing the process from a relatively harmonious development status to the best coordinated development status, then to less coordinated development status.Secondly, there are different coordinated development states in different time and different area in Chengdu City. The coordinated development state in central area, such as Jinjiagn, Wuhou, Jinniu, the second economic circle--Wenjiang is undergoing from the low coordinated state with the land intensive use delayed to the balance excellent coordinated state. However, the coordinated state in Qingbaijiang, Chenghua and Qingyang take a turn for the better, the level of urban land ecological security rise gradually.Thirdly, the coordinated development state in each area of Chengdu City is disequilibrium, the regional discrepancy is obvious. The main characteristic is the land ecological environment in east and south area worsen steadily, but the land ecological environment in central area is improving with the economic development.Forth, combined with the factor analysis method and current status, the research indicates that nature condition and geographical location, history factors, macro economic policy and the industrial structure are the significant influence factors.At last, this paper put forward some proposals for the coordinated development of urban land intensive use and urban land ecological security in Chengdu City. The first is taking Advantage of nature environment, history and culture, accelerating the construction of idyllic city'. The second make the best of opportunities of new historic opportunities of Sichuan-Chongqing Circle to developing economy. The third strengthen protection of environment. The forth adjust industrial structure to optimize land utilization, promoting development of key functional areas to protect ecological development space.
