Constructive Theory, Path And Method Research Of Innovative Cluster

Innovative cluster is the advanced stage of the evolution of industrial clusters,the present world economy is influenced by the innovative cluster to a large extent. To improve industrialization efficiency of the innovation ability and achievement and improve the level of China's science and technology,we must enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and guide the evolution of industrial clusters to innovative clusters and form a group of innovative clusters of stronger creativity capacity and efficient Transformation of Scientific Research Achievements.Technological innovation and application of innovative research results and the formation of the industry chain is the decisive factor in the formation of innovation clusters. First the paper combed the correlationtheory about the innovative cluster construction, and put forward the principle of space and economy of it.Then from the interaction theory of the technical and industrial chain, this paper which combined with the different status quo of industrial clusters and innovation clusters introduces that market-driven constructive path based on a complete industrial chain and technology-driven constructive path based on a complete technical chain and the mixed constructive path about innovative cluster based on the interactive effects between industry and technical chain and constructive path based on original innovations with digestion, absorption and improvement of introduced and constructive path of value innovation network based on the combination of production, studying and research in innovative cluster. And on this basis it researched constructive path about innovative cluster.This paper also introduces that using construction industrial chain to develop high-tech achievement industrialization and the interactive positive feedback mechanism between inductive research of initial state knowledge spillover and industrial carrier and using the correlation of regional technical and industrial structure and natural resources to select carrier and the constructive method of marketization development science and technology service organizations in innovation cluster. Finally, using the above theory to plan the dual-use technology park of Nanjing which applied the above theory research result.
