Research On Marine Logistics System Programming Of Sinochem-Gree Corporation

One of the most important research fields is Logistics System Planning. The research of processed oil in our country is not only initiated very late but it also has imperfect operation mode and theory system and the content of our country's research are mostly about macroscopic analysis and theory research. Few of complete theoretical system is directing in some company or idiographic component element. Furthermore, we are lacking in the planning and designing and technology supporting of processed oil logistics system in our country as well as the discussing of microcosmic entrainment logistics. It is the most important approach of promoting the entrainment competency to improve the processed oil management level. We are facing the problem that how to maintain the processed oil company core competency advantages and acquire the further core competency. Thus, establishing and completing processed oil marine logistics system planning means a lot to entrainment.Therefore, combined with Sinochem-Gree Corporation's current situation and composition of processed oil marine logistics system, we analyze and predict the processed oil marine quantity and the sort of transportation ships in South of China, simultaneously, we make a prediction and analyzing of processed oil turnover and terminal throughput of the corporation in the future. We propose a development planning of Sinochem-Gree Corporation marine logistics under the comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the circumstance of the company.Based on the status of Sinochem-Gree Corporation and structures of its marine logisitcs system, this paper carries out deep analysis of the oil transported amount and shipping models in South China, meanwhile, analyzes and predits the oil throughput and storage amount of Sinochem-Gree. After a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of related environmental factors, I take efforts to make out a clear programming for the development of the marine logistics of Sinochem-Gree in the future.
