With the ever-accelerated development of traditional manufacturing industry,JIT production mode gets recognition of enterprises.This production mode treats the punctual production as the starting point,reduces waste,eliminates inventory,and optimizes production logistics to reduce cost,simplify the plan and improve the control.In the aspect of warehousing logistics,JIT mode requires that the warehouse could have a reasonable overall layout and an efficient operation specification.As a company engaged in all kinds of electric tools research and development,production,testing,and international marketing of professional manufacturers,it exists longtime that the raw materials can't be delivered to warehouse in time and it decreases the efficiency for company A.In addition,the finished product warehouse often faces the problem of products accumulation,the problem,such as warehouse storage space is insufficient.It causes additional warehousing costs.Under the condition of existing resources,therefore,company A must solve the problem that how to maximize the use of warehouse space.The main research object of this paper is to study and to analyze the warehouseing logistics problems,and the main research content of this paper is as follows:1.In the aspect of raw materials warehouse timeliness,according to the basic theory of industrial engineering,the entire process of storage is analyzed from four parts,which include receiving,inspection,acceptance and storage.Based on the ideal of equalization,the method of supplier deliveries adjustment is put forward.The inspection process optimization method is put forward based on the analysis of operation process analysis and management.The measures to improve the warehouse capacity is put forward through the establishment of mathematical constraint conditions.Besides,setting up professional sample-jerker and introducing priority guidelines are also put forward to improve logistics efficiency,to improve the efficiency of raw material warehousing transported from the receiving terminal to the warehouse.2.In the view of the finished product storage units,through the study of the present situation investigation and analysis of the finished product warehouse,warehouse planning and direct workers personnel quantity optimization are conducted to solve two aspects of problems mainly:(1)through a variety of ways for improving the utilization ratio of storage space,the goal is to maximize the utilization ratio;(2)search the warehouse personnel work load,the efficiency of different equipment,to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations,the target is to realize the personnel quantity optimization.By analyze the current situation and the related data,the method of stacking and the method of changing the pallet are proposed to improve the use ratio of the warehouse,besides,the method of optimized equipment configuration is proposed to increase the warehouse operational efficiency and optimize the number of direct labors to save costs.3.According to the overall equipment configuration optimization plan put forward in second part,three specific equipment configuration schemes are put forward.The model input variables are the daily input-output inventory levels(i.e.,medium,small,and more)for,using the software of Flexsim to model and simulate.According to the results of the simulation model output(e.g.,average loading and unloading tray number,the actual loading and unloading tray number,the average waiting time for equipment,etc.),the comprehensive comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages of each scheme is conducted.Some of the improvements are already carried out so far and the consequences are excellent.The storage timeliness rate of raw material increases 29.7%,besides,the warehouse utilization ratio of paper pullet finished products increases 20.0%,the warehouse utilization ratio of disperse stacking finished products increases 22.32%and one of the direct labors can be saved.
