Evaluation Research On Development Lever Of Bonded Logistics Zone

The development of modern logistics were puzzled by two problems in today's china, one is the high cost of logistics, the other is low value-added of logistics activities. Faced with this situation, all the sector involved were try their best to get through it, lots of achievements were made by them, bonded logistics is one them. Bonded logistices, which it means all the relevant logistics activities was doing under the state of bonded. On the basic of preferential policies and advantage in geography, bonded logistics can easily avoid the two problems mentioned above. Recent years, bonded logistics developed very fast, has become one of the biggest branch in logistics industry.Bonded logistics zone was first approved by The State Council in the year of 2003, after seven years development, has become the best place for develop international logistics and to probe the further development of bonded logistics. But, what is the development level of bonded logistics zone? As viewed from portrait, for bonded logist-ics zone itself, since it creation, in what respect develop excellent, what is the bottleneck for the development of bonded logistics zone, which obstacles have been through in the process of develop. As viewed from landscape, for several bonded logistics zone,in a certain period, bonded logistics zone compared with each other, what is the gap among the several bonded logistics zone, how to find the problems from this gap, and deal with it, make bonded logistics zone better developed from learned each other. All these questions are waiting to be answered with urgent practical needs. and this is what i want to create the evaluation model of the development level of bonded logistics zone, to solve all this problems.At the beginning of this thesis, the basic theory, such as, definition, contents of bonded logistics zone were introduced. After that, compared bonded logistics zone with export processing zones, bonded area, bonded logistics center, to distinguishes bonded logistics zone from all bonded area. Then, Utilise Delphi method and some other methods, to create the Index System of Evaluation Development Lever of Bonded Logistics Zone, use analytic hierarchy process and Evidential Reasoning Approach (EVA). structure the evaluation model of the development of bonded logistics zone. Last, the validity and practicability of the model are illustrated with an example. Basic on the results, come up with some advices on the development of bonded logistics zone.
